What is the Golftini Return & Exchange Policy?
Not the perfect fit? We will find a solution for you. Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of delivery. Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to unlimited exchange attempts per order number. Redo will also cover the cost of shipping for return for store credit. This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for all exchange attempts under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return for refund or exchange shipping
Golftini reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit Golftini's return requirements.

What is the Golftini Refund Policy?
To receive a refund, items must be submitted for return within 21 calendar days from the original date of delivery as long as the items are new, unworn/unused, in the original packaging with all product & price tags attached. The refund will be applied back to the original form of payment for merchandise only, without shipping cost.
Please allow 48 hours from the time the items arrive at the Golftini warehouse for refunds on qualified returns to be completed.
International Return Policy
International orders do not qualify for free shipping on returns. If you need to make an exchange, a new order must be placed. Postage will be applied to new order. Items being shipped back to Golftini should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA. Returns will not be accepted by Golftini if shipped COD (cash on delivery). It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the Golftini Returns Department. Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer. If packages are refused by customer and returned to Golftini, merchandise will be refunded less the shipping costs.
Final Sale Policy
Sales marked "Final Sale" are final sale and non-returnable for original payment method. Products sold at a discount of 60% off or greater of the ORIGINAL price are final sale and non-returnable. Customers are eligible to exchange for sizing or for a sale item of equivalent price. Approved returns are acceptable for store credit only.
Holiday Returns Policy
We are excited to let you know that we have extended our returns window for the holidays. We will accept eligible returns within 45 days from receipt of purchase for order placed between November 8th – December 10th.
